Job summary:

Stratawiz Technologies is looking for a Customer Support Engineer who will be the first point of contact for any technical issue that users may encounter.

Job duties:

The support engineer will listen to the customer problems carefully and resolve the issue all by himself or with the help of technical team. Therefore the job involves liaising with technology team.

Job responsibilities:

  • Work with users to resolve technical issues over emails/phone
  • Listen to customer requirements and log them for review
  • Be the front-line contact for all customer interactions
  • Prepare reports, mailers and presentations

Job requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of excel and power point presentations
  • Logical thinking to comprehend user issues and suggest a resolution
  • Ability to understand a user workflows built into the system
  • Working knowledge of MS-excel formulae, VLookup and Pivot features is a big plus
  • Ability to liaise with customers at various levels in organization
