Job description:

Avantor is hiring engineers for their Coimbatore office.

Job duties:

  • Ownership of reported incidents until resolved
  • Handling Priority Incidents and escalations
  • Timely communication to end users on the progress and resolution
  • Provide Technical Voice & Email Support
  • Provide L1 Technical support for requests via Phone, Email and Chat
  • Provide solution or escalate to appropriate Level 2 teams within the organization
  • Troubleshooting on Windows OS and Mail client issues
  • Provide L1 Technical support for requests via Phone, Email and Chat
  • Provide solution or escalate to appropriate Level 2 teams within the organization
  • Troubleshooting on Windows OS and Mail client issues

Job requirements:

  • Good Troubleshooting skills on Windows OS, Office 365 and Mail client issues on Mobile Devices
  • Multi tasking abilities & time bound performance
  • Concepts and basic understanding of DNS, DHCP and Active Directory
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts
