Uniworks Designs are looking to hire a CRM for our Hyderabad & Delhi office with an experienced who can handle our residential and commercial portfolio with a keen eye for detailing.
- Constantly examine and monitor a firm’s practices with existing customers, helping ensure that retention levels are as high as possible, also analyse data to find ways to attract new customers, as well as assist in the rollout of such measures.
- To take initiative in directly reaching out to consumers to gather feedback and ensure that the business’s consumer relations programs are effective and that they are of high quality and standards and also that they facilitate the execution of successful marketing campaigns enabling consumer loyalty.
- To help clients with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.
- By helping clients understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.
- To maintain sales force data base, be a one point of contact for the tool.
- Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organisation with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
- Deciding on a final CRM structure and architecture that will work seamlessly across the business and capture crucial information along the sales funnel.
- Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.
- Development of testing strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach for the organisation and its customers.
- Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process & execution and reporting the results to the relevant people.
