Job description:
Fuji Robotics India is conducting an interview for the post of Automation Engineer.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and lead to solve technical problems raised by distributors or end users.
- Compose detailed service reports, territory periodic service plans and service forecasts.
- Plan and conduct technical presentations and trainings.
- Draw 2D Autocad Layouts, and doing capacity calculations with different robot models as per customer production line capacity and helping customers to decide on which robot will best satisfy their production system.
- Making C program and PLC programs as per customer layouts.
- Robot check at first robot start up at before actual shipping of robots to customer premises. This includes software installation, actual capacity check and electrical wiring checks.
- Organizing customer and distributor trainings to teach them robot installation process at the workplace. This includes robot teaching, mechanical and electrical components know-how, data transmission procedure and troubleshooting procedure.
- Travel to customer locations, both domestic and overseas, for robot startup and troubleshooting issues.
