Job description:
Amdocs is conducting an interview for the post of RF Engineer.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Project management Support for integration and fiber services.
- Network expansion and modernization support for LTE/5G RAN Network.
- OSS access and commands for troubleshooting proposes.
- Integration & Optimization Support for LTE network to troubleshoot different issues and KPIs.
- Project Management Support for day to day Ericsson/Nokia Integration and Optimization activities.
- Liaise with Field technician for all field activity (OAM definition for new Units, RRH fiber termination/swap, onsite troubleshooting).
- To coordinate with customer, internal teams for integration and fiber project activities.
Qualifications and Experience required:
- Must be an Engineering Graduate – BE/B.Tech in Electronics & Communication stream.
- Must have 1-5 years of experience in Ericsson/Nokia of LTE RAN optimization. 5G skillset will be a plus point.
- Highly Preferred to work on US EST Time/Night Shift.
- Must have good understanding of Ericsson & Nokia Hardware like baseband, SFP, RRU, Antenna, CIPRI etc.
- Above average communication skills
- Wide latitude for project management and independent decision making.
- Must have good understanding of LTE parameter and KPIs.
- Basic knowledge on fiber design will be a plus point.
