Job description:
GLOBALFOUNDRIES is conducting an interview for the post of Princ Eng Product Dev Engineer.
Job duties and responsibilities:
Work with IP Development & Design team on the RTL design, F.E. verification & timing of IPs & test chip in various technology nodes.
Essential responsibilities:
Use industry-standard design tools to perform RTL design, F.E. model development, verification and timing rules generation for IPs such as Standard Cell Logic libraries, IOs, and Efuse Macros & Memories.
Required Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor, Masters OR PhD degree in Electronics
- Be able to collaborate with program and technical leads on multiple concurrent projects.
- Should have excellent problem-solving skills, written & oral communication, teaming & inter-personal skills
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Should have good understanding of VLSI Design and CMOS technology
- Knowledge of the end-to-end IP design cycles
- Knowledge in RF technologies (Bulk, CMOS & SOI) process is desired.
