Job description:

Tata Consultancy Services is conducting an interview for the post of Service Desk Analyst.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling customer calls and email
  • Responsible for maintaining and managing the Incident SLAs agreed with the Client
  • Responsible to communicate and liaise with various vendors to resolve incidents
  • Error-free ticket handling and security process to be followed without any deviations

Required Technical Skill Set:

  • Experienced in handling calls from International clients
  • Excellent good communication skills

Preferred requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle international customers
  • Quick learner of the process and adhere to process
  • The flexibility of working in shifts
  • Proficient in email writing skills
  • Ability work under pressure and handling multiple calls
  • Ability to learn and troubleshoot issues technically
  • Good team player

Preferred technical requirements:

  • Technical expertise and L1 troubleshooting of Laptop and Desktops
  • Knowledge of ITIL Lifecycle to handle incidents
  • Worked on a standard ITSM tool such as Remedy or Service Now will be an added advantage
