Job description:
Ela Green Buildings & Infrastructure Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is conducting an interview for the post of Analyst.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of the projects assigned to them and deliver the results as per client/organisational needs.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Co-ordination for existing projects in progress.
- Attending regular project meetings, coordinating with various stakeholder teams to incorporate various green measures identified into the designs.
- Liaison to collect inputs from various team members & give to Ela Green team for various simulations and calculation.
- Making regular site visits & guiding contractors on green measures to be incorporated on-site, taking photographs and documentation demonstrating the compliance to various green building and GRIHA norms.
- Documentation for Green Building Certification (LEED, IGBC & GRIHA) projects.
- Regular follow-ups with client and councils/certification bodies/agencies.
Qualifications and Experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil Engineering).
- Work experience is a bonus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience in eQuest & Ecotect is a bonus.
- LEED AP/IGBC AP/GRIHA CP is a bonus.
