SoftwareONE is conducting an internship for the post of Service Desk Analyst.
Job duties and responsibilities:
The specified position “Intern” will be hired under IT Service Desk team and on contractual basis and depending on the performance the probation will be adjusted. IT Service Desk team act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the end users support regarding all IT related topics of 1st Level and Incidents/Requests by ITIL processes/tools within defined SLAs in a rotational shift model of 24/7. The team is located at Gurgaon, Chennai in India and in Europe.
Candidate will be working on User Access Management requests primarily. He/she will fulfil the bulk access requirements coming for BiT applications and services.
As an additional responsibility candidate might perform some L0 tasks and monitoring.

Qualifications and Experience required:
- Candidate should have Bachelor’s degree/diploma i.e. BCA, B-Tech or relevant technical Degree
- Level of Experience required: Fresher.
- Good command in spoken & written English.
