Job description:

Fretron is conducting an interview for the post of Technical Support Engineer.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Finding solutions from previous cases using the Knowledge Base
  • Working the life-cycle of a help desk incident
  • Collect information on the problem to pass it to the development/product team if necessary
  • Adding further information and details to the initial desk tickets
  • Closing and re-assigning tickets
  • Handling break/fix and configuration issues
  • Guiding customers on troubleshooting
  • Review information and training available for first-level support
  • Diagnosing the root cause of the problem and resolving them as per the SLA.
  • Working with tools like postman, script editor, etc. to help customers provide the quick solution by writing scripts, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of REST APIs and tools like postman, etc.
  • A better understanding of JavaScript/NodeJS.
  • Technical knowledge regarding company product and services
  • Involved technical understanding of industry standards and practices
  • Technical writing ability
  • Knowledge of relevant tools and applicable software programs.
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • An Analytical Mind
  • Communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered

Qualification & experience:

  • B.Tech IT, Computer Science
  • fresher & 0-1 Years of experience
