Job description:
Brane Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Freshers (2019 & 2020 Pass outs) for a role that does not require coding.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Speak to customers across the world, ability to understand and articulate the business requirements
- Should be able to design benchmarked processes / solutions and map to relevant documentation that is prepared at word-class standards.
- Utilize our patent-backed framework to design solutions based on the laid-out process and solution design.
Qualification and Experience required:
- B. Tech/B.E – 2019 & 2020 pass outs (CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, Mechanical, Civil, Production, Instrumentation, etc.) with CGPA of >8/10 (or) CGPA of >3.75/5.
- MBA/PG Diploma – 2019 & 2020 pass outs (Finance, Strategy, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, HR and IT specialisation) with CGPA of >8/10 (or) CGPA of >3.75/5.
- Chartered Accountants (CAs) – Fresher Chartered Accountants who have cleared CA at the first Attempt in 2019 & 2020.
Skills required:
- Strong listening, verbal, and written English communication skills.
- Excellent Analytical and Logical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- And jointly with diverse teams in a collaborative manner.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and deliver successfully in an unstructured environment.
- Stays updated with latest trends in Technology and Process.
- Self-starter and high energy individual.
