Systemair India is conducting an interview for the post of Graduate Engineering Trainee.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Responds to any inquiries from the customer
- Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Qualification & Experience required:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 6 months in Same HVAC Field is preferred
