Job description:

Lenovo is conducting an internship for the post of Customer Experience Analyst.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist with day to day customer satisfaction cases
  • Help resolve escalated situations quickly.
  • Support analysis of weekly/monthly customer satisfaction feedback.
  • Help analyse and address root cause customer pain points.
  • Support decision making based on data analysis.
  • Help implement short, medium, and long term customer experience improvements
  • Contribute to continuous process review and improvement to ensure continued efficiencies.
  • Assist in driving operational efficiency with improved processes for the business.


  • Good communication skills; ability to analyze data problems
  • Knowledgable in customer experience/customer satisfaction is advantageous
  • A good understanding of web systems is beneficial.
  • Ability to meet and exceed metrics & targets.
