Lenovo is conducting an internship for the post of Customer Experience Analyst.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Assist with day to day customer satisfaction cases
- Help resolve escalated situations quickly.
- Support analysis of weekly/monthly customer satisfaction feedback.
- Help analyse and address root cause customer pain points.
- Support decision making based on data analysis.
- Help implement short, medium, and long term customer experience improvements
- Contribute to continuous process review and improvement to ensure continued efficiencies.
- Assist in driving operational efficiency with improved processes for the business.
- Good communication skills; ability to analyze data problems
- Knowledgable in customer experience/customer satisfaction is advantageous
- A good understanding of web systems is beneficial.
- Ability to meet and exceed metrics & targets.
