Deliverain Technologies is conducting an interview for the post of Inside Sales Specialist.
Job duties and responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business’ decisions makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them.
- Building a database of prospects, clients & relevant contacts from these clients, through various sources like client websites, internet, LinkedIn, etc.
- Speaking with customers over the phone, briefing them on products & setting up meetings with clients on a daily basis
- Experience in cracking meetings via calling the clients primarily large corporates/SME.
- Client handling experience and excellent communication & telephonic probing skills.
- Fixing meetings with relevant contacts mentioned above.
- Collated call status to be updated meticulously in the CRM
- Connect and engage with pre generated leads via outbound calls/LinkedIn Connects/Emails
- Reach out to new customers and explain to them the benefits of the Product
- Initiate repeat sales by follow up phone calls from existing customers
- Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales
- Achieve sales targets by new customer acquisition and ensure growth / revenue from existing customers
- Adhere to quality standards and processes within defined metrics

Qualification & experience:
- MBA with a specialization in Sales & Marketing
- 0 – 2+ years’ experience
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
