Job description:
Allied Softech is conducting an interview for the post of Customer Care Executive.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Identify and Evaluate Technology Solutions
- Promptly answer & support related Phone calls, Chat & Emails.
- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting in minimum time
- Identify Potential Issues & give quick solutions for it
- Conduct online training sessions for the Clients.
- Conduct online / onsite New Installations
- Provide Online and offline support to our customers via available resources
- Perform Activation/Deactivation of subscriptions & handle other technical Issues
Qualification & Experience required:
- Any Graduate with basic knowledge of Hardware, Software, Networking Installation & Configuration
- 0-2 years of experience required
