Job description:

Allied Softech is conducting an interview for the post of Customer Care Executive.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Identify and Evaluate Technology Solutions
  • Promptly answer & support related Phone calls, Chat & Emails.
  • Problem Solving and Troubleshooting in minimum time
  • Identify Potential Issues & give quick solutions for it
  • Conduct online training sessions for the Clients.
  • Conduct online / onsite New Installations
  • Provide Online and offline support to our customers via available resources
  • Perform Activation/Deactivation of subscriptions & handle other technical Issues

Qualification & Experience required:

  • Any Graduate with basic knowledge of Hardware, Software, Networking Installation & Configuration
  •  0-2 years of experience required
