Job description:
BMW KUN Exclusive is looking for Dynamic and passionate sales professionals who will bring products to life, matching every customer to their perfect car.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Generate leads and enquiries to increase penetration and convert prospects into customers by performing regular follow – ups after the initial contact
- Present the different vehicle offerings to the customers while having customer conversations and configure the experience based on customer needs
- Capture and record customer data in the customer database to maintain regular contact with customers
- Perform the customer need analysis by closely identifying the preferences and needs of the customer
- Demonstrate the required vehicle (Static and Dynamic presentations) basis customer need identified and clear customer queries if any
- Negotiate the terms of contract with the customer and offer financing assistance
- Reconfirm the customer’s purchase decisions and generate the final contract after customer approval
- Ensure registration of the vehicles adhere to the statutory guidelines
- Ensure complete market awareness and updated knowledge of competitor’s products and processes
- Plan and conduct acquisition activities in case of select target groups in specific market areas
- Regularly communicates with customers through emails, phone, social media channels to maintain customer loyalty
Qualification and Skills required:
- Excellent command over the regional and English language with effective oral and verbal communication skills
- Ability to deal with customers in a patient and professional manner
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time by prioritizing his / her workload
- Sales acumen to enhance revenue for the company/ dealership
- Exceptional people orientation skills combined with attention to detail
- Knowledge of competitor’s products and services including their strengths and weaknesses
