Job description:
Meredith is conducting an interview for the post of Associate Analyst.
The incumbent shall be responsible to understand and resolve exceptions in payment orders in a smooth manner.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Understand reasons for exceptions in rejected payment orders
- Resolve queries related to exceptions by carefully examining business processes
- Carry out research to understand reasons for exceptions and find solutions based on each case
- Use different analytical tools to find relevant and appropriate solutions
- Work closely with customer care and assist with technical knowledge to resolve issues
- Follow SOPs and support with ad-hoc research wherever required
- Prepare query/issue ageing reports and raise escalations wherever required
Qualifications, Experience and skills required:
- Any graduate 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Expert level proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office Applications
- Strong understanding of business and business processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to use or learn financial software efficiently
Shift Timings: 1.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. IST
