Job description:
Tejas Networks is conducting an interview for the post of Entry Level Engineer.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Understand, learn telecom product technologies like L2/L3, OTN, GPON
- Learn product features and automate new and/or enhance existing test scenarios
- Learn usage of test equipment like Spirent, JDSU, etc.
- Work closely with design & verification team to create and maintain test suites, physical topologies, etc
- Run automated regression tests, publish reports and analyze results
- Create defect reports with meaningful information and reproduce same for debugging
Please note, this job is for immediate joiners, 2021 Batch
Desired skills required:
- Good programming skills
- Good understanding in using data structures, OOPs concepts
- Exposure to version controlled system like GIT, CVS
- Knowledge/exposure to Python/Perl is an added advantage
