Job description:
Desapex is looking for a passionate Architects & Engineer with good understanding of Building information modelling (BIM).
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Develop 3D models from 2D drawings or laser scanning data.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks.
- Coordinate between MEP team, Architecture team & other project stakeholders.
- Visit site if required to obtain missing/unclear information.
- Extract BOQ/Schedules from 3D BIM models.
- Develop drawings from 3D models.
Qualifications and Experience required:
- A Diploma/bachelor’s degree in field Architecture, civil, mechanical or Electrical engineering.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in developing 3D models and project delivery.
- Hands on experience in Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks & ArchiCAD.
- Understanding of ISO 19650 process
- Ready to relocate for our office or project location.
- Keen learning appetite and passion in digital technologies.
