Job description:
Xilinx is looking for a Product Planning Engineer in Hyderabad.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Aid to Design, develop, implement, test, and verify designs & technologies based on Xilinx & Competition FPGAs with embedded Micro Blaze or ARM processors & GPU’s
- Proficient & Willing to learn coding languages & techniques including HDL, Python, C/C++ & develop designs specific to various markets like AI, ML, Wired, Wireless, IoT etc
- Benchmarking fpga/SoC/GPU design’s for several performance metrics – Performance, power & TCO (total cost of ownership) and aid in building new products for future applications and markets.
- Work with multiple teams to drive system-level value propositions and help find gaps and resolve issues.
- Willing to champion a specific block / technology and help in the planning process of designing products for future.
- Provide feedback on architecture, use cases, IP design, tools, and documentation
- Determine design approaches and parameters & help manage all the benchmarking data in a database with some data analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI & equivalent.
Qualifications and other requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters in Electronics or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
