Job description:
Waters is conducting an internship for Engineers.
As Intern – Customer experience excellence, you are an ambassador of Waters and will bring to the market Waters’ products and services. The candidate will demonstrate a clear grasp of understanding the customers’ business and its growth plans and is able to take that knowledge and convert that into a solution and offering from Waters, with a primary aim of bringing “customer success”.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Understand Business Model
- Understand Service Solutions Available with us
- Understand Customer Requirements of III-Tier Accounts
- Propose Solutions”
- Understanding the Requirements of III-TIER Accounts and recommending solutions to improve the Service Revenue.
Qualifications required:
- B.E/B.Tech – Electronics Instrumentation Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering & M.sc – Instrumentation
- 0-1 Year of experience
- Open Mindset
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to communicate and interact with Internal/external stake holders
