Job description:
Microchip Technology is conducting an internship for their Bangalore office.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Floor-planning, CTS, place & route using physical design tools
- Physical verification like DRC/LVS/PERC at chip level
- EM/IR analysis at chip level
- Flow improvements through automation
Qualifications and Experience requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Basic understanding of clock tree, Static timing analysis & low power methodologies
- Good team player
- Strong scripting skills in TCL/Python
- Good oral and written communication skills to work with teams across the globe
- Exposure to ICC2/Innovus have an added advantage
