Job description:
Switchgears & Structurals (India) Pvt Ltd is conducting an interview for the post of Graduate Engineering Trainee.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Working under project-based supervision of engineers and senior engineers.
- Shall be able to keep track of project timelines, specifications and milestones to be achieved
- Maintaining technical quality standards and maintain able to read specifications
- Delivering projects to time and budget.
Qualifications and Experience required:
- Appropriate academic and professional qualifications BE / BTECH – Mechanical / Electrical Engineering. Allied Branches may apply. Diploma Holders can apply
- Good Communication Skills in English.
- Experience 0 to 3 Years
Desirable:
- Holds a Masters in a relevant discipline.
- Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office software.

The successful candidate will need to:
- Be highly self-motivated, desirous and ambitious.
- Be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Have the ability to adapt to different cultures and working environments to build rapport with customers.
- Be able to build excellent working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Have the experience of using written and spoken English within a business environment.
- The position is to be based in Hyderabad and should be willing to work in a manufacturing Industry
Salary: Package shall be INR 2.4LPA to 4LPA based on your skills and education
