Job description:
Nordic Semiconductors R&D capacity is expanding, and they are looking to recruit talented junior and senior WiFi Test Engineer.
Working with embedded SW in Agile development projects, you will be responsible for developing automated test cases and the automation framework, with the mission of delivering a world-class quality WiFi stack.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Wi-Fi system testing using automation and continuous integration framework.
- Release testing, nightly testing and working with development teams to report and resolve issues.
- Setting up and execution of directed tests, debug analysis of Wi-Fi system faults via sniffer logs, internal debug logs and other lab equipment
Qualifications required:
BE/B Tech or ME/M Tech with E&C, E&E, CS, IT disciplines
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of Linux OS
- Networking fundamentals
- Knowledge in any programming knowledge preferably Python and shell scripting
- Expertise on test plan creation, test bed design and implementation from specifications/standards documents
Personal skills:
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Teamwork capabilities, including networking, team building and people development..
