Job description:
ZF is conducting an interview for the post of Test Engineer.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Conduct electronic tests according to ISO16750, ISO 10605 (ESD), and customer norms.
- Analyze test results and work with software/hardware teams to address hardware and software issues.
- Verify platform software functionality and report implementation failures.
- Design, develop, and maintain the Test and Validation team infrastructure.
- Use tools that support the verification of embedded systems, such as Hardware in the Loop test environments, test execution/automation frameworks, modeling/simulation tools, and laboratory equipment.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering with 2 to 5 years of electronic testing experience.
- Experience in electronic testing, preferably from the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of CAN networks and CanAnalyzer handling.
- Familiarity with quality and safety analytics procedures (e.g., FMEA, FMEDA).
- Experience with laboratory equipment (microscope, oscilloscope, multimeters, generators, soldering iron).
