ServiceNow is one of the hottest corporate tools on the market, experience developing on this platform is highly sought after on the worldwide job market. As a development intern with Pearson’s ServiceNow team, you will gain experiences such as:
- Working on business analysis, process & workflow optimization
- Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices, administration, and development
- Agile Development methodology and lifecycle (Request to Design to Development to Testing to Deployment)
- Development experience in areas such as CMDB/Configuration Management, Automated Discovery, Service Mapping, Hardware & Software Asset Management, general platform configuration, and more
Minimum requirements:
- Students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Marketing Technology or a related field.
- Familiarity with Agile Development methodology
- Working proficiency with Javascript
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and operations
