Job description:
Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is conducting an interview for the post of Graduate Apprentice Trainee.
Responsibilities & key deliverables:
- Ensure Process, product, Poka-yoke, Torque Audit & Inspection.
- RPT trend Improvement & track reported concerns
- Root cause analysis and Actions implemented in line for Assembly defects.
- Line Rejection Analysis, Action closure and CAPA monitoring.
- PFD / CP / SOP / Stage wise inspection and Updating the checksheets as per latest Requirements
- Prepare Daily, weekly, reports related to quality dash board, concern monitoing status
General requirements:
- Planning and execution skills
- Analytical Skils
- Problem solving skills
- Functional knowledge of Electrical system / Automobile system
- Resource management ,Team building ,Training and Development of operators
- Line balancing and single piece flow set up
- Knowledge on Product and Industrial safety
- Operator skill development and mutlitasking

BE (Mech/ Auto/ Production/Electrical/Electronics)
