Job description:
The Technology Enablement Team within GlobalFoundries is looking for a talented and motivated student to work in the area of RF circuit design as an intern.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- RF circuit design fundamentals. Example circuits include RF switches, LNAs, PA, VCO, Mixer etc.,
- Hands on experience with Cadence schematic and layout editors
- MOS device operation
- Some scripting background – MATLAB, Python, Perl etc.,
Qualifications required:
M.S/M.Tech/PhD with Good academic record from 2023/ 2024
Preferred qualification:
Self-motivated and Excellent team player
