NVIDIA is hiring for the post of Software Engineering Intern.
Job duties and responsibilities:
As a Software Engineering Intern, the candidate will be responsible for development of software test cases in the areas of fault identification of production Cloud clusters. The scope of test cases will be full stack that is DGX hardware, Linux OS drivers and packages, Cluster services and workflow, network and Infiniband configuration, verification. We are looking for Interns who are passionate about learning the Cloud Cluster architecture and develop tool for Operations.
Looking for interns who will be working in the following areas:
- Principles of hardware operation: CPU and memory architecture, buses and interconnects
- Operating System fundamentals: multi-processing and scheduling, memory management, OS networking and device drivers.
- Algorithms and data structures
- Principles of networking and operating systems.
- Python programming language.
- Python pytest framework and ansible knowledge is preferred
Requirements:
- Strong academic background
- Pursuing BTech in Computer Science or E&C
- Good understanding of programming languages and computer architecture
- Good understanding of Operating System Fundamentals and multi-threaded development.
- Knowledge of Linux kernel is a plus
- Strong python skills
- Knowledge of pytest framework is a plus
- Candidates should have a solid background in Operating System, Algorithm development
Preferred:
- Exposure to Digital Systems, Computer Architecture, Software Engineering, Python programming languages, system level integration & system level programming is preferred.
- Good communications skills and ability and desire to work as a team player are a must.
