Job description:
RAAD System is hiring for the post of Mechanical Design Engineer Intern.
The right intern will have the opportunity to apply their classroom experience with real world projects that impact RAAD Systems’ businesses and products.
As a Mechanical Design Engineer Intern, you will work with the Design engineering team to design and develop mechanical solutions.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Component design, including sheet metal, small machined parts, small injection molded parts.
- Thermal, structural, and modal analysis using FEA tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to design, implement and test platforms to integrate into a larger system.
- Ability to identify best vendors for parts and materials.
Qualifications and other requirements:
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
- Fresh graduates and/or 1+ year experience
- Excellent knowledge of tools such as Inventor, AutoCad, Matlab
- Excellent communication skills
