Avantor is conducting an apprenticeship in Gujarat.
Job duties and responsibilities:
Apprentice will be responsible for Safe handling, storage, receiving, issuance and shipments of finished goods, raw materials, packing materials, consumables and engineering materials in timely manner with compliance to statutory regulations.
How you’ll thrive and create an impact:
- Zero failure in receipt, issuance, handling and storage of raw, packing materials and Engineering/Spares Materials.
- Proactive communication for raw and packing materials with production.
- Compliance of cGMP, ISO9001:2008 and safety.
- Proper segregation and identification of raw materials, packing materials, solvents, chemicals.
- Dispatch planning, transport arrangement and documentation.
- Compliance to storage of compatible and non-compatible materials in warehousing.
Department specific/On-going functions:
- Compliance to regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Timely GRN prepare for the receipt materials like RM/PM/Eng./Consumables Materials Must have a good working knowledge of warehousing and distribution operations.
- Must be conversant to MSDS usage.
- Perform dispatch activity with proper documentation.
- Perform stock verification as per schedule define in SOP’s.
- Monitor general cleaning activity and filled the related logbooks on daily basis after cleaning.
- Prepare RGP & NRGP as per routine requirement.
- Perform special projects as assigned & other duties as assigned.
- Ensure Zero incidents and accidents at site.
