interns to join us for the summer to shape the future of Banking Technology.
Job duties and responsibilities:
As a Graduate Trainee in the Technology Organization, you will:
- have the opportunity to work on real-world projects that impact the company and our clients.
- collaborate with experienced engineers and analysts on developing and implementing advanced financial technologies.
- participate in the design, development, and testing of software applications and systems.
- gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud computing.
- analyze complex data sets to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- attend workshops, training sessions, and networking events with industry leaders and experts.
- engage on sustainability and social impact projects, as UBS deeply cares about the environment and communities it operates in.
- present your projects and findings to senior management and stakeholders at the end of the internship.
Requirements:
- Strong programming skills in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.
- knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset with a keen interest in financial markets and technology.
