Job description:
Siemens is hiring for the post of Customer Service Engineer.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- To attend service incidents of medical imaging equipment’s like CT scan machine, MRI scan machine, Angiography (Cath lab) machines, x-ray machines and other equipment’s supplied by Siemens Healthcare Pvt Ltd.
- Service incidents are of various types, like scheduled preventive maintenance job, service breakdown job, scheduled update job, Network configuration related service job, installation of CT scan and other machines
- Communication with internal colleagues of various functions like sales, administration, project management, service call center colleagues
- Travelling alone to customer sites, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and other medical establishments where medical equipment’s of Siemens Healthcare Pvt Ltd are installed and back to office/Residence.
- Preparation of service reports describing service incident from technical point of view
- Learning various product knowledge, Process knowledge, exhibiting good behavioral expression and application of knowledge gained through various in-house learning processes
- Adherence to various processes and ability to develop own self to various new technologies
Education qualification:
B.E/B/Tech in Electronics and Communication / Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Biomedical Engineering / etc.
