Sun Mobility is looking for Immediate Joiners.
Position: Graduate Engineering Trainee – TQM
This role helps in maintaining high product quality, complying with industry regulations, and continuously improving manufacturing processes to prevent defects and enhance customer satisfaction.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure Quality Assurance in MQIS Production process.
- QA inspectors shift management, training and development.
- QA related documents preparation and updation.
- Field complaint handling including containment actions coordination, Root cause analysis & Corrective action implementation.
- ECN monitoring and verification.
- Training and qualification of operators.
- Rejection handling including NCR raise & CA verification.
Qualifications and experience required:
0-1 Years of relevant Experience from automobile, or EV industry, with bachelor’s degree in Electrical (preferably, Engineering).
Role specific skills/competencies:
- Expertise with MS Excel and PPT.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Candidate with Power Electronics and EV background will be preferred.
