Qualcomm is conducting an interview for the post of Interim IP Intern.
Job duties and responsibilities:
As an IP Attorney Intern, you will work on protecting Qualcomm’s intellectual property related to cutting edge technologies. We are looking for energetic, creative and self-driven individuals to help implement our IP strategy.
Campus Grads will have an opportunity to work with Qualcomm’s Legal and Engineering teams. They will work on various aspects of IP development and analysis including but not limited to the following areas:
- Discussions with inventors around patentable innovations in the latest technologies like 5G, etc.
- Patent prosecution
- Infringement analysis
- Analysis of latest judgements related to IPR
- Tracking legal developments around patent law, rules, and legal practice
