Description:
Luminar Technologies have a select few 6-month Internships open at their center in Bangalore to work on exciting new opportunities in the autonomous mobility and ADAS market.
Role and responsibilities:
- Design and development of hardware systems and components.
- Testing and validation of electronic circuits for LiDAR sensors
- Integration and troubleshooting of hardware components using high-end lab equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, function generators, spectrum analyzers, etc.
- Developing and conducting hardware test cases and ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Assisting in the layout and design of printed circuit boards (PCBs)
Preferred education and experience requirements:
- Pursuing a master’s degree in automotive Electronics, Embedded Systems Design Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or a related field with a CGPA of 7.5 or higher.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills, pro-active attitude, hands-on mentality, team player and good communication skills
- Experience in using hardware design and simulation tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, or similar.
- Experience in using Lab equipment such as Power supplies, Oscilloscope etc.
