Schwing Stetter is conducting an interview for the post of Graduate Engineering Trainee.
Job duties and responsibilities:
As a GET – Overseas Service at Schwing Stetter India Private Limited, you will be responsible for providing technical support and service assistance to our customers and dealers located overseas. You will work closely with our international teams to ensure the successful implementation and commissioning of our equipment, as well as provide ongoing support for spare parts, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Essential responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and service assistance to customers and dealers overseas
- Conduct equipment installation, commissioning, and training for operators and maintenance personnel
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to provide timely and effective solutions
- Coordinate with the global service team to ensure availability of spare parts and support resources
- Assist in the development and implementation of service and maintenance programs for our equipment
- Conduct regular customer visits to build and maintain strong relationships, as well as gather feedback for product improvement

Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 1-3 years of experience in service or technical support, preferably in the construction equipment industry
- Willingness to travel internationally and work in diverse cultural settings
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English, additional language skills are a plus
