Job description:
Motorola Solutions is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Intern to join the dynamic team.
This role is ideal for recent graduates from engineering or MBA programs who are eager to gain hands-on experience in sales. The Sales Intern will support the Sales Head in various sales assignments, both internally and externally, contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Head in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Help manage and update customer databases and CRM systems. Knowledge on Salesforce will be added advantage.
- Coordinate ,schedule and carry out meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients and prospects.
- Support in organizing and participating in sales events, trade shows, and customer visits.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and proposals.
Qualifications required:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Engineering or an MBA.
- Strong interest in sales and a desire to pursue a career in this field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic Requirements: B.Tech/ B.E
