Job description:
Schwing Stetter India is conducting an interview for the post of Graduate Engineer Trainee.
Job duties and & responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential customers.
- Provide technical support during customer inquiries and help in converting leads into orders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose suitable product solutions.
- Participate in sales meetings, customer visits, and industry events across the country.
- Support the preparation of technical documentation and reports for customers and internal teams.
- Continuously update your knowledge of the latest products, technologies, and industry trends.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Engage with customers post-sales to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Electronics & Sales
- Education/Qualification: Engineering Graduate (Electronics, Electrical, or related fields)
- Years Of Experience: 0 to 1 Year (Freshers Preferred)
Skills required:
- Strong understanding of electronics and electrical engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and convey them to non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to learning and problem-solving.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
