Job description:

Living Things is hiring for the post of Embedded Technical Support Intern.

Duties and responsibilities:

Embedded Device Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct comprehensive testing and troubleshooting of embedded devices to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and compliance with technical specifications. This includes:

Developing and executing test plans and procedures.
Identifying and resolving defects and issues.
Verifying device functionality and compatibility with various hardware and software components.

IoT Device Data Monitoring: Monitor and analyze data generated by IoT devices to potential issues. This involves:

Analyzing data for insights and actionable information.
Identifying and resolving data-related problems.

On-Site Device Troubleshooting: Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for embedded and IoT devices whenever required. This includes:

Diagnosing and resolving device malfunctions and performance issues.

Embedded Team Support: collaborate with embedded development teams to assist in testing activities and ensure product quality. This involves:

Contributing to test case development and execution.
Identifying and reporting defects and issues to the development team.

Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including test reports.

Required qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electronics Telecommunications Engineering.
Experience: Fresher
Proficiency in working with Electronics and Electrical devices.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and Python.
Basic knowledge of electronics components.
Strong knowledge of embedded systems and microcontrollers (e.g., STM32, ESP32, RPI, Arduino).
Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
Preferred good communication skills.
