Job description:
BTL India Private Ltd. is conducting an interview for the post of Hardware Engineer Trainee.
Job duties and responsibilities:
As a member of the Product Development team, the candidate will be responsible for the following key duties, including but not limited to:
- Understanding requirements and contributing to ideation and solution generation
- Conducting feasibility analysis and exploratory research
- Designing circuits, performing analysis and simulation, selecting components, and designing PCB layouts
- Drafting and executing hardware design tests, as well as participating in system-level tests such as safety, EMI, and EMC
- Preparing design and testing documentation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Mechanical, Software, Testing and Operations team to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications and experience required:
ME/MTech in Electrical/Electronics/Biomedical engineering or equivalent (2023/2024 pass outs only)
Technical competency:
- Passionate about hardware engineering with a strong foundation in both analog and digital electronics
- Proficient in electronics fundamentals, including circuit design and analysis
- Good understanding of microcontroller/microprocessor operations
- Familiarity with embedded C programming is an advantage
Behavioural competency:
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible, hands-on, and enthusiastic about learning new technologies
- Takes a thorough, in-depth approach with a focus on understanding the “why”
- Is proactive and capable of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
