Job description:
As a Technical Support Engineering Intern, you will work under guidance to provide technical assistance to customers, partners, field engineers, and other support teams. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging intricate computer systems, software, and networked or wireless systems. You will engage in troubleshooting activities, conduct analysis, and escalate issues when needed, or act as an escalation point for complex challenges.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a related field.
- Must have at least one semester/term remaining after completing the internship.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze customer issues and maintain communication, ensuring they are kept updated on status and solutions.
- Use various troubleshooting tools (e.g., event logs, performance traces) to resolve customer concerns.
- Develop solutions based on log analysis and other proprietary tools to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with other teams on technical issues across products and platforms to address moderately complex challenges.
- Share feedback on products and suggest improvements to senior engineers or technical advisors.
- Attend team meetings or case discussions to brainstorm solutions and share ideas on problem resolution.
