Job description:
GE Vernova is seeking a Power Electronics Engineering Intern to work under the guidance of experienced professionals. The intern will contribute to projects related to electrical design and support technical teams in various engineering functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Electrical/Power Electronics Engineers on electrical design projects.
- Assist the ITO team in preparing technical proposals for customers.
- Develop and execute validation test plans based on literature research in the assigned domain.
- Work closely with mentors to clarify technical details for ongoing projects and equipment.
- Provide documentation and support for assigned projects.
- Utilize training to help formulate new concepts, conduct analysis/modeling, and develop advanced solutions for distribution networks.
- Support the project team, including commissioning and service tasks.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a program focused on Electrical or Power Electronics Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
