Job description:
Honeywell is hiring for the post of Embedded Engineer I.
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (ECE/CS/EEE).
- 1–3 years of experience in avionics software development, systems engineering, or software verification.
- Familiarity with software verification or development processes, especially with DO-178B/C design assurance guidelines.
- Strong technical foundation in software development and verification processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred:
- Proficient in programming languages like C, C++, and Python, along with embedded programming expertise.
- Experience with automation and simulation activities.
- Skilled in executing tests on various platforms, including benches, hardware, and simulation environments.
- Familiarity with debuggers, simulators, and testing tools such as Vector Cast/Cover, TGS, TCA, and CodeTest.
- Experience in DO-178B/C compliance for aerospace programs.
- Knowledge of common test strategies, architectures, tools, and processes.
