Job description:
Micron Technology is looking for an Associate Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop layouts for critical analog, mixed-signal, and custom digital blocks.
- Utilize a methodical and systematic approach to IC layout design, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct layout verification processes such as LVS, DRC, and Antenna checks, and ensure quality documentation.
- Deliver block-level layouts on time while meeting established quality standards.
- Exhibit leadership skills in planning, area/time estimation, scheduling, and task delegation to meet project milestones.
- Contribute to effective project management and multi-project coordination.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications required:
- Demonstrated expertise in IC layout design and verification processes.
- Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
