Job description:
Infineon Technology is looking for Mechanical Engineers in Bangalore.
Job duties and responsibilities:
In your new role you will:
- Provide Engineering samples based on customer demand
- Forecast for engineering samples for BE (ESFC)
- Start Engineering wafers and build Engineering samples
- Track Engineering lots and samples
- Engineering builds slot bookings in FrontEnd and BackEnd
- Capacity check and material availability
- Provide Special clearance for productive marked samples in case M9have not attained
- Replenish Engineering samples on products < M9
Product creation:
- Master Data setup and update according to product phase milestones
- Ensure yield and test data availability in Master Data prior to M9
- Enable Milestone release in product BNRs when Milestones reached
Ramp production:
- Initiate lot owner Ramp from DEVP lots
- Provide Ramp up plan vs Customer demand
- Support Safe launch and Early Ramp
- Lead Ramp up teams, in case of complex supply chain situations
- Drive the teams to complete the Ramp up checklist
Business change management:
- Project Manager for BCM flow
- Generate SPO and Wafer Orders
- Master Data setup
- Change DB setup and update
- Check and assess Qualification plan
- Capacity and Material availability checks
- Alignment with DM in case of ramp up/ramp down of affected products
- PCN generation and distribution
- Provide/compile customer support documents
- Customer PCN sample strategy setup
Qualifications and experience required:
- Master’s degree preferable from Tier 1 institutions (Mechanical Engineering)
- 0 to 2 years of experience in Supply chain
- Technical Skills – Mid Level MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word, Mid-Level Tableau developing skills
- Language requirement – Basic SQL
- Soft Skills – Problem Solving and Negotiation, Critical Thinking, Data Visualization, Excellent Communication skills, Project Management, Time Management
