Job duties and responsibilities:
- Provides somewhat complex technical support to front line service and customers on diverse technical problems and applications.
- Troubleshoots applications, communications, network, and control systems problems and formulates a plan for resolution.
- Prices out products and provides customer quotes. Assists with account level strategic planning
