LAM Research is looking for an IT Engineer in Bangalore.

As a crucial member of the IT team, you’ll contribute your technical assistance and guidance to projects for various systems and infrastructures. Acting as a technical liaison, you’ll address complex business problems with automated systems solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving Lam’s commitment to innovation and efficiency.

Job duties and responsibilities:

Diagnose problems, troubleshoot customer issues, and develop solutions to technical issues
Respond, Update and Resolve IT Incidents/Service Request
Deploy Changing configurations, settings, and permissions to fix problems
Install and configure new software and hardware and update existing ones as needed
Sustain and support the existing IT Infrastructure
Contribute to the knowledge management system while working on technical issues
Support Conference Room solutions and co-ordinate with partners

Qualifications and other requirements:

No previous professional experience.
Strong oral communication skills to gather information from employees and explain complex technical concepts in simple language
Demonstrated written communication skills to create useful support logs
Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
Time management skills to provide updates and fixes within a promised time frame
Multitasking skills to assist multiple employees at once
Observational skills to recognize warning signs that indicate potential problems
Customer service skills to interact professionally and positively with employees and coworkers
Familiarity of ITIL Processes, Basic Power Shell Scripting, Basic Networking Knowledge and End user related Security applications
Basic understanding Operating system Such as MS Windows and Unix
