Job description:
Micron Technology is looking for VLSI/ASIC Engineers in Hyderabad.
Job duties and responsibilities:
Your essential duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Hands on experience and proficiency in EDA tools (Cadence Virtuoso Layout and Schematic Editor, Calibre etc.)
- Excellent circuit design, layout, schematic, and verification skills including DRC, LVS and circuit simulation (hspice)
- Good knowledge of semiconductor device physics, operation, parametric testing and DFM
- Good knowledge of Memory Array design architectures, fab processes, and failure modes
- Ability to interpret EDUT definition and provide completed TEGs through customer interaction
- Excellent problem solving and strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and explore unfamiliar concepts
- Ability to drive decisions through data and metrics Proficiency in Perl, Skill code and UNIX shell scripting languages is desired, but not required
