Job description:
Analog Devices is currently seeking to hire a System Modelling Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to work in Engineering Enablement group located in Wilmington, MA.
As part of dynamic team focused on modelling, building, delivering and supporting EDA tools/methodologies that helps in concept definition, architecture analysis and H/W-S/W co-development/co-verificaiton of ADI System-on-chips and higher level systems early in the product development cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Enable early embedded S/W development and architecture analysis of ADI Systems in their development cycle
- Modelling analog/digital components, interfaces and systems at higher levels of abstraction using SystemC/C++/SysML
- Define, Develop and Deploy the associated methodologies that enable system modelling and ML/AI Edge algorithm development
- Drive essential automation required to build sub-system and system models from available IP/component models/li>
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to proliferate system modelling methods at ADI
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Education: Bachelor/Masters engineering degree in Computer Science/Electrical/Micro-Electronics
Desired skills:
- Experience working with embedded processors/embedded software is highly desirable
- Knowledge on H/W Architecture of a system is desired
- Knowledge on H/W and S/W interactions and partitioning is desired
- Modelling of H/W in SystemC/C++/SysML
- Experience or exposure to ML/AI methods or Edge AI algorithms is a big plus
- Experience in automation using Python or an equivalent language is a big plus
